With SonicBlue going under and the ReplayTV service guaranteed only through April, my ReplayTV 5040 found it’s way back to Best Buy last night.
I’ve now been TiVo’d.
Comparing ReplayTV to TiVo is like comparing a BMW M3 to a Mercedes S55. On paper they are mostly similar, on the road they are completely different. Which one is better? Damned if I know.
I’ve never used a ReplayTV box however; I know that TiVo is a great thing. What has been your experience thus far?
