Haven’t been posting lately because it seems like nothing is happening. Very little came out of MDC New Orleans, even less from MDC Paris. Robert Levy believes that Microsoft has failed at content delivery. I get the feeling that Microsoft is intentionally being low-key, their track record in the mobile space has been one of over-hyping and under-delivering.
T-Mobile still refuses to sell me a Nokia 3650 without a new line of service and phone number, nor would they offer me a credit if I purchased one for full price elsewhere. I don’t want to leave T-Mobile, up until now I have been a satisfied customer and am loath to give up the only stable phone number I’ve had since I decided to come back to America two years ago, but T-Mobile has left me no choice. I placed an order with AT&T Wireless on Thursday night, supposedly it will ship today….
I went to see Smash Mouth at Gulfstream Park yesterday. They played The Fonz, Steve Harwell asked the audience for beer and brought some people on stage to drink with the band. It was great! If T-Mobile hadn’t been so determined to turn me into a disgruntled former customer, I might have been able to take some pictures using a spiffy new camera phone…
