I’ve ranted before that my broadband provider is incompetent. Their latest strategy for pissing me off is to block port 25 traffic that isn’t bound for their own mail servers, as an “anti-spam” measure.
I do not want to depend on any server owned by my ISP.
Fortunately, their incompetence has worked in my favor tonight — ports 465 and 587 were left open.
