theKompany has released a new ROM for the Zaurus SL-5000D and SL-5500 (Download page). They have made many changes and released several revisions over the past few days. What caught my attention is that they’ve removed Opera, Hancom, and Jeode from the core and are providing them as IPKs — useful to users of other ROMs, such as OpenZaurus.
This weekend I’m going to re-pave my Zaurus and test drive several of the newer non-Sharp ROMs.
