win2vnc follow-up

Last month I exchanged some e-mails with Feico de Boer, the author of the patched version of win2vnc I’ve been using. His version is now a SourceForge project and there have been several recent releases.
Unfortunately, support for the Windows Logo key won’t be coming soon because the key codes aren’t in the RFB protocol.
