At the risk of stating the obvious, Network Solutions sucks.
I’m on my third fax trying to get the Administrative / Technical Contacts changed for two of my domains so that I can finally get them transfered elsewhere. When I started this process I was impressed with how quickly I was able to speak with a customer service rep on the telephone, and how easy that rep made the process sound. I was mistaken.
I know that another rejection e-mail is coming. I can feel it. I’m just glad that I’m starting this process several months before my domains are up for renewal. I’ve renewed three times trying to avoid this pain. I will not give them another dime.
Hopefully they’ll run out of hoops before my domains run out of time.
