Peer 1

17Jan07

Since sometime around Y2K I’ve been very cautious about identifying my employer or co-workers on my weblogs. Originally it was about covering my ass. Later it was because I pretty much hated everything about the company that I worked for. But lately I’ve got no good reason for it.

I work for Peer 1. I love Peer 1. It hasn’t entirely been peaches and cream since Interland sold us, but overall it’s been great for me, my co-workers, the business, and perhaps most importantly of all, our customers.

Now, go order some servers from my favorite employer. And if you go with a 64-bit Windows server, know that everything on your server was lovingly configured by my provisioning scripts.

Peer 1 hosts this web site and employs the author.

(Those are affiliate links but I’d totally pimp Peer 1 for free)

PS: Still hiring! Refer someone that we hire for this opening and I will give you the referral fee that Peer 1 gives me plus $100 out of my own pocket.
