Fraud Detection Still Lame

Buying gas from a place that I regularly purchase gas from = Suspicious Transactions.

Buying gas from the gas station up the street as the first purchase on a new card = Suspicious Tranactions.

Spending ~$1,000 on two gun purchases, maybe 30 minutes apart, on a brand new credit card that was activated about 2 hours earlier = Not Suspicious.

There’s got to be a Priceless spoof in there somewhere…

Do you suppose this is the credit card’s subtle suggestion to use those guns to hold up the gas stations?

Actually paying for gasoline = suspicious
Buying a gun to steal said gasoline instead = fine with us! ;)

    LOL!

(Disclaimer: I do not advocate robbing gas stations. In Florida, possesion of a firearm during a robbery carries a 10-year minimum sentence with no possibility of early release.)
